Synopsis

When Ricky and Kayla Casario flee Manhattan to run a lakeside inn in the quiet Adirondacks, they ‎expect serenity-not secrets. But twenty years after witnessing a mysterious convoy of tanks ‎rumbling down Interstate 87, the past resurfaces in a viral photo that ignites a political firestorm ‎across New York State. As tensions between upstate and downstate erupt into chaos, whispers of ‎conspiracy, corruption, and buried truths close in around them. Locals turn wary, allies become ‎suspects, and the couple find themselves entangled in a brewing civil conflict that could rewrite the ‎state's-and their own-history. Blending razor-sharp satire with chilling realism, A Little Uprising ‎is a darkly witty, heart-pounding tale of ordinary people caught in the machinery of power, lies, ‎and rebellion.‎
