Synopsis
Anthony steps through the frustrations and idiosyncrasies of everyday life with a comic eye and a candid approach to family life. The subject matter leaps from farce to fornication, from his frequent failures to his fierce frivolousness. Mixed in with these irreverent musings are some caustic attacks on homophobia and some beautiful and moving words on the commonality of young male suicide.

À propos de l'auteur
After obtaining his degree in English and Drama, Dr Anthony Roberts became a car park attendant. Eventually he ended up promoting bands and comedy. In 1991 he arrived in Colchester to take on the role of director at Colchester Arts Centre. In 2015 he was invited to act as interim manager at the award-winning Firstsite Gallery in Colchester. Now back at the Colchester Arts Centre, Anthony regularly performs one-person spoken word shows and poetry recitals.
