Are you looking for a new approach to life and business? Do you want your team to be more human, more engaged, and more connected to the natural world? If so, it’s time to start Working Wild!
This book sets out the evidence for why we need to change our business outlook, throwing out narrow and traditional definitions of success and helping you to genuine, authentic joy in your work. Using their years of experience, Sara Turnbull and Jeannette Pearce have created a simple, livable philosophy, designed to help you work and live in a gentler, kinder way. This isn’t just a life or business manual, nor is it designed exclusively for managers, employers, or employees. It’s a call to the wild; a call to the deepest part of you, whether you are a parent, child or friend – inviting you to connect with your inner humanity.
If you’re looking for practical, actionable steps and tools to change your perspective, Better Off Working Wild is the ultimate resource. Jam-packed with exercises, thought-analysis, and soul-searching strategies, this book is the start of your new journey. So, don’t waste time – pick up this guide, and start Working Wild today!
About The AuthorsJeannette Pearce and Sara Turnbull are work activists and wild advocates. Over their combined 55-years of work, they’ve run bars, markets, shared workspaces, charities and creative businesses and been cleaners, waitresses (sadly not in a cocktail bar), chief executives and social entrepreneurs. They’ve slept under desks, and seen colleagues, friends and family give themselves up in the name of ‘a career’, ‘success’ and ‘progress’. Thus, Better Off Working Wild comes from heart-led, hard experience. Sara and JP’s tips and strategies have changed multiple organisations for the better, and now they can do the same for you.
