Toby McCartney's career is dedicated to entrepreneurialism. His businesses and projects range from setting up one of the first ever internet hotel advertising platforms to creating charities like Tobysshoes.com and GivingAfrica.org. He managed and produced a number one selling album with a band (FionaClayton.com), and ran a training company providing programs for children (Brainobrain.com), and still runs courses and workshops across the world for adults in NLP and Coaching, as well as public speaking and train the trainer programmes (tobyandkatemccartney.com) and the internationally acclaimed "Plastic Roads Company" (macrebur.com). He has written his own book on Mastering Memory and co-authored a book with his wife called The NLP Practitioner. Toby has won many awards, from Richard Branson's Virgin VOOM 2016 Award, to IoD's Director of the year, business and entrepreneur awards to innovation and education. Toby is an advocate of combining both life purpose with profit and believes these two are powerful motivators for change in the world. Toby has been happily married to his wife, Kate, for 19 years and counting - and they are proud parents of two little girls, India and Keira.
