Julian Sharp is a Dynamics 365 solutions architect, trainer, and Microsoft Business Applications MVP. He completed his MA at the University of Cambridge. He worked for Vigence for 20 years, with the last 16 years focused on Dynamics CRM/365, before founding Ready 365 to focus on training. Prior to Dynamics, he worked with both the Siebel CRM and on systems for contact centers.

He has spoken at Microsoft Ignite and many other events. For the past 13 years, he has been an MCT delivering certification training around Dynamics 365, Azure, and the Power Platform.
