Synopsis

Anxiety, worry or butterflies in your tummy. Whatever we call those feelings, they are not usually nice at all. These are the Worry Elves, and they can visit us all sometimes, no matter our age. So what are we to do when we get a visit from the Elves? Maybe they visit us now and again, or maybe they are always with us casting their worry spells. Join Slick to see what he does when the Elves unexpectedly turn up one day. Are the Elves just here to make us sad and worried? Or can we use them to help and encourage us? All is not what it might first seem with the pesky little Worry Elves.

À propos de l'auteur

My name is Tim Rowley. I am a teacher of 15 years in a secondary school in subjects ranging from P.E to the Humanities. I also own a Sports Therapy business where I help people with both their physical and mental health. I enjoy keeping fit and am constantly looking for new ways to help both myself and others improve their mental wellbeing. I write poetry as a hobby to try and make the lessons I have learnt more accessible to young people through my writing.
