Jennifer Pilotti, MS, has been teaching movement to people of all ages and abilities for over seventeen years. She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable, strong, mobile, and capable in their bodies using concepts rooted in proprioception, mindset, the science of learning, and motor control. She has a special interest in the effect of movement on mental health, specifically anxiety, chronic pain, and trauma.
She implements techniques from a variety of disciplines, including yoga, strength and conditioning, Feldenkrais, dance, gymnastics, and Natural Movement. She teaches workshops, online courses, and regularly writes about the concepts that comprise the foundations of awareness, mobility, and strength.
Jenn owns a personal training studio, where she works with people aged 12-95 designing individualized interventions that inspire curiosity and enhance well-being.
