Lord James Douglas-Hamilton read History at Balliol College, Oxford, where he gained his boxing blue and became President of the Oxford Union. He was the author of two other highly successful books, Motive for a Mission: The Story Behind Rudolf Hess's Flight to Britain and The Air Battle for Malta.
