She became involved with the world of pubishing, writing recipes and styling food photography and has been Deputy Cookery Editor for Woman s Weekly and Me magazine. Catherine currently works as a freelance writer and is a consultant for a number of food and lifestyle magazines - she has written and contributed to over 30 cookery books.
