The second section features 16 new case studies taken from around the world that push the boundaries of the domestic realm.

James Soane trained at Cambridge University and the Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL. He joined Conran & Partners in 1992 becoming a Director in 1999. He has worked on and directed a wide range of projects with clients ranging from the Museum of London to the Mori Corporation in Tokyo.
