Pat Francis has just retired from teaching on the Fashion Media & Promotion course at UCA Rochester. With years of teaching experience, preceded by art and design librarianship and work in the theatre, Pat wrote Inspiring Writing in Art and Design: Taking a Line for a Write, published by Intellect in 2009. She ran several workshops and contributed to publications through Writing-PAD, and has continued to work occasionally with Alke Gröppel-Wegener. She is now a freelance writer.
