Synopsis

Lu's got toothache. She has a dentist's appointment, but she hates going to the dentist and is trying every trick she knows to get out of going. Before writing full-time, Helen Orme taught as a Special Needs Co-ordinator in a large comprehensive school. At the last count she had written around 40 books, many for reluctant readers. Helen also runs workshops for children and courses for teachers.
