Wolfgang Sachs is an author and research director at the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment, and Energy, in Germany. Tilman Santarius joined the Wuppertal Institute in 2001 and is a senior research fellow working in the fields of trade policy, climate policy, and globalization.
