Jill Williams has been a head teacher of three nursery schools and was a senior lecturer in early years education at Bath Spa University; Karen McInnes has been a speech therapist, nursery teacher and early years co-ordinator in London and Bristol, and is currently a senior lecturer in early years education at Bath Spa University College.
