Dr Jane Secker is Assistant Librarian (Learning Technology) at the Centre for Learning Technology, based at the London School of Economics. She has worked on a number of research projects, including the DELIVER (Digital Electronic Library Integrating Virtual Learning EnviRonments) project funded by the Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC).
