Kris Helge is the Scholarly Communications Librarian at the University of North Texas. He earned a J.D from the South Texas College of Law, a M.S. in Library Science from the University of North Texas, a B.A. from Baylor University, and is a Ph.D. student studying Information Science at the University of North Texas.

Laura F. McKinnon is the head of the Research and Instructional Services department at the University of North Texas Libraries. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication from the University of Florida, a Juris Doctor degree from the Florida State University College of Law, and a Master of Science in Library and Information Studies (M.L.I.S.) degree from the Florida State University.
