Technical Editor of the Clute/Nicholls' Encyclopedia of Science Fiction, co-editor with John Clute of The Encyclopedia of Fantasy and co-author with Ron Tiner of The Encyclopedia of Fantasy and Science Fiction Art Techniques. He is also a winner of a Hugo and World Fantasy Award. John Grant lives in New Jersey, USA.
