She was the national consultant on diet and diabetes when she spent eight years as chief dietician to Diabetes UK. She has produced two diabetes education videos with GMTV's Dr Hilary Jones. Azmina has written ten books and contributes to many newspapers and magazines. She lives in Pinner, Middlesex, UK.
