A beautifully illustrated collection of stories with a cat theme. The collection includes: Puss in Boots: a retelling of the classic story about the miller's youngest son who inherits his father's cat. This meagre inheritance soon turns out to be a blessing in disguise as the cunning cat sets about improving his master's fortunes. The White Cat is the mysterious resident of a sumptuous castle, stumbled upon by a young prince in search of the perfect bride. Will the prince have the courage to uncover her secrets and grant them both the happiness they seek? Old Mr Pussycat tells of a wise old pussycat who helps a warm-hearted little girl in trouble. But when her selfish and spiteful sister pretends to need his help, her reward comes as a nasty surprise! The stories are vibrantly illustrated, breathing new life into these classic children's tales.
