Simon Lars was born in England in 1957 and grew up in Jamaica. He started out a romantic but made his home with nature. He spent ten years alone in search of the truth as a thinker and artist (in the wilds of Norway and the hills of Ardèche) and returned as a believer! Since that life-changing moment, he has dedicated himself to God. He married in Delhi, India, and finally settled in 'The Valleys' of south Wales. He and his wife have a nine-year-old son.
