Bridget Bodoano trained as a designer and has experience running a smallholding, involvement with building a house and has done a fair amount of DIY, while doing up her own home. Bridget was Press officer for the Conran Shop for nine years, and is now a freelance writer and illustrator. She is co-author of Simple Style with Julia Bird, and author of 101 Ideas for Living Rooms, Handywoman's Workbook and Thrift, all published by Quadrille.
