À propos de l'auteur
Joan Ketels earned her undergraduate degrees in Theology and Communications from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. She has a master's degree in Communications/Training and Development from the University of Northern Iowa. Joan taught speech and communication in Iowa's public school system for 12 years. Her career in higher education focused on distance learning, higher education administration, and business outreach partnerships. She is president of her own corporate training company and a partner in BeingOfSoundSpiritA', which is dedicated to the health and well being of the human spirit
