Alison trained at the Faculty of Astrology and then completed a further year at the Centre for Psychological Astrology in Regents College, London. She then worked an astrological telephone consultant for The Sun, The News of the World and the Sunday Times before moving up to the Midlands to open the Midlands School of Astrology and a private astrological consultancy practise in 2002. Dozens of students attend courses and seminars all year. Alison writes monthly horoscopes for 3 regional glossy magazines and is webmaster for 2 websites. Her largest website, the Midlands School of Astrology site has 30 pages of articles and predictions, some 15,000 words long. This received 25,000 unique hits in its first year and a Google search of her name will reveal 875,000 inquiries. Kindred Spirit magazine has commissioned her and the peer-reviewed professional Astrological Journal has published 4 of her papers on Multiverse and Dwarf Planet astrology which will become astrological lore. Finally Alison works for Heart Fm and BBC radio as a consulting astrologer.
