Synopsis

Janet Whittle shows how to draw a great selection of wild flowers in wonderfully easy stages. If you have never drawn before you will find this approach simple, effective and inspirational. Starting off with basic shapes, the flowers are developed using a two colour teaching method which is fun to follow and promises good results. In this book, Janet includes many popular flowers including honeysuckle, violets, anemones, bluebells, poppies, foxgloves, violets, pansies and cornflowers. Once you have tried some of the flower shapes, you will soon discover the delights of choosing your own subjects and creating your own drawings.
