À propos de l'auteur

Laura Wilhelm was born in 1971. She studied textile design in Finland and Germany and graduated in 1997 with a diploma in textile design from Reutlingen University. Since then, she has been self-employed, working as a freelance fashion and textile designer and as a guest lecturer and author in both countries. Ever since her childhood, Laura has recognised and loved good design. The connection with Finland, her second home, has enriched her work and is unmistakeably reflected in her designs. She has always cherished the freedom to translate her ideas however she wishes, if not a little unconventionally at times. Laura Wilhelm lives with her husband and their two children not far from Stuttgart in Germany.
