Robert Harvey (deceased) was for many years the pastor of Bethel Presbyterian Church, Wheaton and later Immanuel Presbyterian Church, Warrenville, Illinois Philip Towner is currently Dean of the Nida Institute for Biblical Scholarship of the American Bible Society, New York City, and Research Professor of New Testament at Ewangelikalna Szkola Teologiczna, Wroclaw, Poland. Author of commentaries on 1 - 2 Timothy and Titus (IVPNTC and NICNT)
