Biographie de l'auteur

Sallie Morris has contributed to many magazines and books, including The World Encyclopedia of Spices and Taste of Indonesia. Her travels for pleasure & research have taken her to Thailand, Burma, Indonesia, China, India and recently, Vietnam. Deh-Ta Hsing was born in Beijing and comes from a family of gourmets and scholars. He is author of over a dozen books on Chinese and Asian foods including Taste of China, A Taste of the East and The Chinese Kitchen.
