Biographie de l'auteur :
Rozalind Graham was formerly senior lecturer for London Central YMCA's Training and Development Department where she co-developed a postgraduate teacher training course in exercise for older adults. She holds a professorship in health science and applied nutrition at Middlesex University and lectures on achieving optimum health throughout Europe, the United States and in Central America.
