The Made Easy books have experienced outstanding success - Ching-He Huang's Chinese Food Made Easy has sold 96,978 copies since its publication on 1 July 2008 and Anand Anjum's Indian Food Made Easy has sold 91,895 copies since its publication on 3 August 2007. Anand's follow-up book, Anjum's New Indian, has sold 22,214 copies since its publication on 5 September 2008. Recent book sales indicate a healthy interest in Caribbean food. Levi's name is already widely recognised thanks to his Dragon's Den TV appearance and the success of his sauces. Levi's Reggae Reggae Cookbook has sold 18,451 copies since its publication in June 2008.

Levi has since launched Levi Roots' Love Apple Tomato Sauce and Levi Roots' Fiery Guava Dipping Sauce, and six cooking sauces are currently in the pipeline. Reggae-Reggae burgers can be found in bar and pub chains across the country, and Subway sells a Reggae Reggae Chicken Sub in its UK outlets. Levi's first cookbook, the Reggae Reggae Cookbook, published by Collins this year, has been a great success. Levi creates delicious West Indian recipes in the kitchen of his new South London restaurant, Papine Jerk Centre. As a successful reggae musician, he has performed with James Brown, was close friends with Bob Marley, has sung to Nelson Mandela, and was nominated for a MOBO award in 1998. His Roots Reggae album is coming out soon.
