Lizzie Mabbott is an Anglo-Chinese self-taught cook and award-winning food writer. Her Twitter account @hollowlegs has over 20,400 followers and her Instagram account @hollow_legs has over 11,800 followers. In 2011, Lizzie was one of Red Magazine's "20 Women Under 30" and in December 2014 she was featured in Elle Magazine's "Inspire List".
