À propos de l'auteur

Armin W. Geertz is Professor in the History of Religions at the University of Aarhus, Denmark. He is editor of several monograph series, the author of over 300 publications and is on the editorial board of many leading journals in the academic study of religion. Recent books include New Approaches in the Study of Religion, edited together with Peter Antes and Randi Warne, (Berlin 2004): Volume 1: Regional, Critical, and Historical Approaches, Volume 2: Textual, Comparative, Sociological, and Cognitive Approaches. Jeppe Sinding Jensen is Associate Professor in the Study of Religion, University of Aarhus, Denmark. His publications include Rationality and the Study of Religion (Routledge 2002, with Luther H. Martin), The Study of Religion in a New Key (Aarhus University Press 2003), Syncretism in Religion: A Reader (Equinox, 2004, with Anita Leopold) and Myths and Mythologies: A Reader (Equinox, 2009).
