Professor Jim Courtney is an Emeritus Professor in the Bioengineering Unit, University of Strathclyde. Dr Hong Qian was formerly a Technology Transfer Manager in ICUK, Queen Mary, University of London and is now a Technology Consultant for the Cambridge- based Oakland Innovation Ltd.
