For more than twenty years Fred Penner has been entertaining children and adults alike through a variety of media. A native of Manitoba, Canada, Penner has worn many hats ? from folk-rock singer, television host and home video star to children's book author, UNICEF Canada spokesman, husband and father of four! Penner's deep respect for children has been a driving force behind his work and inspires his energetic live performances. With record sales topping the one million mark, and eleven albums and home videos to his credit, it is no wonder that an entire generation of children know many of his lyrics by heart. In fact, Penner's 'The Cat Came Back' and 'You Can Do It (If You Try)' are such favourites with children that they have become classics, taught and performed in music classes all over the world. Lucky for us, Penner shows no signs of slowing down. He is continuously working to create new songs, hoping to share his music with many generations of children to come. Christopher Corr is a painter and illustrator based in London. He travels the world painting people, colourful places and beautiful buildings. Since studying at the Royal College of Art, he has painted in numerous locations for exhibitions, commissions and publications. His travels include India, Cuba, Tunisia, Peru, Tahiti, Australia, the Comoros Islands, New York, Los Angeles and London.
