Synopsis
When they read in a newspaper that a ship, Poldie, is due in port shortly, Grayd and Whittaker decide to take their pigs through the bush to sell them. From a farming boyhood to Air Force and public service employment, Jackson then opted for a change into the world of creativity. After music, painting and poetry, then graduating into freelance journalism, he veered off into encouraging his fictional characters into life-challenging adventures and drama in his pages.
