Raised in San Francisco and trained as a designer, Lizzie Lasater M.Arch, RYT, teaches restorative yoga internationally and online. She sometimes jokes that yoga "runs in the family" because her Mom, Judith Hanson Lasater, co-founded Yoga Journal Magazine and has been teaching since 1971. Lizzie posts daily on Instagram about the pleasure of deceleration. She lives in the Alps with her Austrian husband.
After originally training to become a doctor, Andrew McGonigle moved away from western medicine to pursue a career as a yoga teacher, massage therapist and anatomy teacher. Based in both London and Los Angeles, Andrew has been practising yoga and meditation for 15 years and teaching strong, grounding, alignment-based yoga since 2009. Andrew combines all of his skills to teach anatomy and physiology on yoga teacher training courses across the world. He contributes monthly to Om Yoga & Lifestyle Magazine with his 360° Yoga anatomy feature and has released a series of anatomy applied to yoga apps. Liz Lark is an experienced yoga teacher, author, artist and retreat leader. Her yoga clients have included high-profile actors, dancers and the Monteverdi Choir led by Sir John Eliot Gardiner. She has authored eight books, including one for children, and has made a DVD entitled, Yogalibre: A Creative Practice of Hatha Yoga (2008). She is also a Board member for www.yogacampus.com, a London-based teacher training course.
Graham Burns has taught yoga professionally since 2001, principally at The Life Centre and Triyoga in London. Graham teaches yoga history, philosophy, Sanskrit and meditation on the Yogacampus Yoga Teacher Training Diploma courses in London, Manchester and Yorkshire, and also serves as a board member for the Manchester and Yorkshire courses, as well as leading workshops and trainings in the UK and abroad. His main yoga teaching influences over the years have been Richard Freeman, Rod Stryker and Simon Low. As well as a law degree from a previous life, Graham has a MA (with Distinction) in Indian Religions from SOAS, University of London, where he has also lectured on the MA course in Traditions of Yoga and Meditation and currently teaches undergraduate Hinduism. He is currently completing his PhD at SOAS on the development of teachings on ultimate reality in the Vedic Upaniṣads.
