Greg Ward is an established travel writer and expert on the islands of Hawaii. He has worked for Rough Guides since 1985. Samantha Cook was born in London and has lived in the city, give or take a few spells wandering the globe, all her life. She is coauthor of such titles as The Rough Guide to London and The Rough Guide to Vintage London. Cook has been involved with Rough Guides for more than ten years. 

Jeff Dickey is an established Rough Guide author and has contributed to eight different Rough Guides, including The Rough Guide to Los Angeles & Southern California, The Rough Guide to Washington, DC, and The Rough Guide to Seattle. Jeff is also an accomplished film and video writer and spent five years at the University of Southern California's film school in Los Angeles.

Nick Edwards started exploring Greece independently while studying the Classics and modern Greek at Oxford, and went on to spend a decade living in Athens, teaching and traveling widely in Greece, where he first visited Corfu in 1983. Edwards is a long-standing Rough Guide author and is the author of The Rough Guide to San Francisco and the Bay Area, the coauthor of The Rough Guides' Athens Directions (with John Fisher), and a contributor to the Rough Guides to Greece and India.
