Roger Norum is a journalist and doctoral candidate in social anthropology. All he knew of his Scandinavian heritage was a Viking helmet his father paraded around in during his family skletsmøter in suburban New York. Now, based in London and Manhattan, Roger frequently writes about all things Nordic and is co-author and photographer of The Rough Guide to Finland.
