The author Roger Penn, known in Whitland as 'Dr Penn's son', has recently retired from a career with Lloyds Bank. Well known as a former Welsh Rugby Union referee, he likes to help promote the glories of Wales' towns and villages. Dolycwrt is his first major publication.
