Grace James is Professor of Law at the University of Reading. Her research focuses primarily on the legal rights of working carers and she is particularly interested in the gendered nature of employment laws.

Nicole Busby is Professor of Human Rights, Equality and Justice at the University of Glasgow. She has published widely in the areas of labour law and equality law and has a particular interest in gender equality and the regulation of paid work and unpaid care.
