Peter F. Sugar is Professor Emeritus of History and International Studies at the University of Washington. P�ter H�nak is Senior Research Advisor at the Institute of History of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. Tibor Frank is Associate Professor of History at E�tv�s Lor�nd University in Budapest.
