Chris Fisher served as Chief Engineer and superintendent engineer with Texaco. In 1984, he began working as a surveyor and consultant, specialising in liquid cargo and bunker quality disputes. He has worked as Regional Manager in Europe for DNV Petroleum Services and BSI-Inspectorate, and is now Director of Bunker Claims International. In 2009, Chris was elected Chairman of the International Bunker Industry Association (IBIA). Jonathan Lux is a Solicitor and has been a Partner in Ince & Co International Law Firm in London since 1983. He is a leading expert in shipping and commercial law with particular expertise in bunkers. The International Who s Who of Shipping and Maritime Lawyers 2009 lists Most highly regarded individuals and says about Jonathan: Leads the voting worldwide with unanimous praise coming from all corners of the globe .
