A beautifull and original illustrated guide to the Baha'i faith
After Christianity, the Baha'i Faith is the most geographically widespread of the world religions, with members in virtually every corner of the earth. Its global outlook, its core beliefs of peace, harmony and tolerance, as well as its high regard for ethical conduct, make it a faith with a broad and potent appeal in the modern world. This elegant guide provides an accessible introduction to all the key aspects of the Baha'i Faith, from its founding figures and sacred texts, to its worldwide organization and spiritual practices. The combination of lucid commentary and stunning photography - featuring the magnificent Baha'i shrines and temples together with a wide variety of historical pictures, explanatory maps and charts - offers the reader an unparalleled journey through the Baha'i world.
