Dr Steven Jones is Senior Lectuere in Clinical Psychology at the University of Manchester. Peter Hayward is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust in London. Dominic Lam is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the Institute os Psychiatry.
