Dust jacket has slight fading to spine, and some light dents and scorings. 125 pages of black and white photographic reproductions of the wood engravings of Gwen Raverat - the book itself is a photographic reproduction of the first edition, published in 1959. The light cream paper was chosen to reflect Raverat's own preference for softer tones to offset her images. Reynold Stone's introduction is carried over from the first edition, 19 further pages of prints have been added, plus Simon Brett's Postscript and an up-dated catalogue.
