Renee Fleming has been pre-eminent in the opera world since 1991 and now takes title roles in all the great opera houses worldwide from her native Met through La Scala and Bayreuth to our own Glyndebourne and Covent Garden. The book is co-written by a well known novelist who is a friend of Ms Fleming and who prefers to remain anonymous.
