Roar Hostaker is an associate professor at Lillehammer College.

Agnete Vabo is a researcher at the Norwegian Institute for Studies in Higher Education and Research, Oslo.

Ivar Bleiklie is a professor in administration and organization theory and the director of the Norwegian Research Centre in Organization and Management at the University of Bergen and the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. He has published several books and articles on higher education and public welfare administration in Norway and the Nordic countries.
