Maurice Kogan is Joint Director of the Centre for the Evaluation of Public Policy and Practice, Brunel University. Marianne Bauer is Emerita Professor at Goteborg University. Ivar Bleiklie is Professor of Public Policy and Administration and Director of the Norwegian Research Centre in Organisation and Management at the University of Bergen. Mary Henkel is Reader in the Department of Government at Brunel University. The book is based on contributions from the whole international research team, including Berit Askling, Professor of Education and Educational research, Gothenburg University, Roar Hostaker, Associate Professor, Lillehamer College, Susan Gerard Marton, Department of Political Science, Gothenburg University and Agnete Vab Researcher, Norwegian Institute for Studies in Higher Education and Research, Oslo.
