Synopsis
This text presents aspects of design, construction, evaluation and use of software systems for design and analysis in all areas of electrical engineering involved with electrophysical phenomena described by continuous-valued variables. Particular emphasis is placed on the structure and use of large software systems, whose internal complexity is such that the user normally requires support and maintenance by the software engineer. This text contains the proceedings of the third International Conference on Software for Electrical Engineering Analysis and Design, held in San Miniato, Italy in May 1996.
