He has built up substantial experience of over twenty years in housing, administrative law, housing related personal injury, mobile homes and mortgage possessions. A significant part of his practice involves appearing at Planning Inquiries relating to Gypsies and Irish Travellers. Stephen has appeared in numerous reported cases including several landmark decisions in the Court of Appeal and in the House of Lords and a recent decision of the European Court of Human Rights.
