Synopsis
A Diary of Revival contains extracts from the actual diaries of the revivalist Evan Roberts chronicling the events as the Revival broke. Many of these writings have never before been published and give a unique insight into what has been called the greatest move of God's Spirit in the last century. Evan Roberts was a young man from a humble background with a servant, praying heart. He left the life of a coalminer and blacksmith to devote himself to serving God, believing he had been called to take part in the Lord's plan to bring revival to Wales. As we read about this crucial time in Wales' spiritual history, we are reminded that God uses ordinary, flawed people to further His cause and see that extraordinary fruits are brought out of God -anointed, Spirit-led action.
